All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a specific program agreement. Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings, we do not offer refunds on courses, templates, or coaching programs once access has been granted or services have commenced.
For Done-For-You engagements, payment terms and cancellation policies are outlined in the individual service agreement. Monthly retainers require 30 days written notice to cancel.
